Very good. The painting was recently cleaned. There is slight bowing to the board and there are pinholes from the artist near the edges/corners. Minor delamination of the board from the panel to which the artist mounted it was addressed by re-adhering these spots with polyvinyl acetate. There are minor dots of in-paint along the top edge and a few in the upper left wall, and a few dots along and near the left edge at center.
