Exhibition: Masterful Mentors

For over 180 years, Vose Galleries has handled top-tier examples by the leading American artists of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Many of these painters were not only distinguished artists but also prominent teachers who molded future generations and contributed to the continuation of the American art tradition. Today, Vose is pleased to present Masterful Mentors, an exhibition featuring examples by notable instructors including Philip Leslie Hale, William M. Paxton, Mabel May Woodward, and Wolf Kahn.
