Enneking was adept at capturing all the various moods of nature, and while his beautiful sunset paintings earned him the nickname 'The Twilight Painter', he was just as skilled at capturing dreary fall days. In Late Autumn, Ogunquit, he finds beauty in even the grey and gloom of late autumn.
