"While many people come to New England for the foliage in the autumn, equally as impressive is how the light changes and shifts along the coast here in Massachusetts this time of year. Liz is a master of illustrating the kaleidoscope of moods that mother nature presents, and in Riverside Landing the steely clouds juxtaposed with the warmth of the marsh grasses captures the late afternoon light expertly.  This piece was painted along the shore in Marshfield, Massachusetts, and has won two prestigious awards, one from the Academic Artists Association, and the other from the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod."
